About the Role

We're recruiting for a Trading Floor Co-ordinator on a fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave, supporting the Heads of department across our Buying, Merchandising & Design teams. You’ll provide professional and effective administrative support, working in a fast paced and demanding Retail Head Office environment.

  • Act as the main point of contact for your stakeholders, prioritising enquiries and information requests received
  • Carry out general administrative duties including arranging meetings, electronic diary management, handling telephone, written and email enquiries and preparing PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports as required
  • Maintain a tidy and efficient working environment, ensuring meeting rooms and sample rooms are kept organised
  • Manage the purchase orders and invoices for the relevant teams, tracking all monthly rebate collections to ensure timely payments
  • Prepare agendas for and produce minutes from meetings
  • Arrange and co-ordinate all travel and accommodation requests
  • Manage expenses for all relevant departments via the internal system, ensuring requests are processed efficiently 
  • Support new starter inductions, preparing their diaries & workspaces
  • Responsible for processing all sickness and holidays requests for your teams

About You

  • Experience within an admin role, specifically working with different levels of management
  • Experience of managing multiple diaries  
  • Friendly, positive and outgoing personality
  • A passion and desire to complete tasks to a high standard, offering the best service to stakeholders
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • High level of accuracy whilst working to tight deadlines, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to build good working relationships across the business
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) & Microsoft Outlook
